Work developed in partnership with the Municipality of Santo André, through the Social Assistance Secretariat, through a COLLABORATION AGREEMENT, Social Assistance Monitoring Service for Families and/or Individuals, involving technical cooperation and transfer of financial resources to CSHH.
Its objective is to contribute to repairing and minimizing damage caused by experiences of rights violations, by strengthening family emotional bonds, including in cases of family separation, carrying out monthly monitoring of up to 100 families, through technical social assistance to families and/or families. or individuals, acting in addition to the actions developed by the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance (CREAS).
Work developed in a self-sustainable manner by professionals in the field of social pedagogy, psychopedagogy and art education, with the aim of providing individual and group assistance, using the following approaches:
Activity with children and teenagers in the Toy Library;
Reading mediation for children and their families;
Art therapy: Development of self-esteem and creative potential.
Work developed in a self-sustainable way, with the aim of offering a place where “those who care take care of themselves”, preserving or recovering spirit, well-being, and vitality in the midst of professional challenges, using the following approaches:
Yoga classes: Relaxation, flexibility, alignment, tranquility and balance;
Hormonal yoga therapy for women (YTH): Relief of PMS and menopause symptoms;
Psychocorporal Therapy: Self-knowledge and management of somatic-emotional patterns;
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (T.R.E): technique that helps reduce the level of activation of the autonomic nervous system.
Psychotraumatology Workshops: 8 themes on self-care and self-regulation through resources and support techniques.
